So Whats in a Slap

The MLA's are slapping each other, “not bad I would say for its just our honourable elected representatives slapping each other (they used to just sling mud at each other ). I guess all they were trying to do was to slap some sense into each other. After all you must have heard "slap some sense" being used in many a conversations. The whole deal is not that bad as you see, since the mighty and powerful slap and kick people around it should come as no surprise that they also get slapped around . But I guess the outrage has to do with the fact that it was powerful person was slapped and hence if the bugger gets slapped, he is not powerful. The whole incident can be summed up like this
1) "What has the world come to these days when even the powerful get slapped".
2) "I am better off to being a commoner at least when I get slapped it isn't telecasted in national television.
3)”I tell you ji these buggers are getting crazier by the days, all this power it is going to their heads"

Well I could finish the whole incident as -
a) Lets slap our entire elected representative, not to make them feel like commoners but to knock some sense into them

b) Lets ask each house representative to kick each other as the slap is getting monotonous.

The moto of the incident can be like "let’s slap this country to shape".

  2. I just read your post and think I may have woken Brianna up with my laughing! You make politics sound like too much fun. Do you think they would let me be an MLA? I'm sure I could manage a khadi sari and I'll work on my accent! :D
